Lakes Available for Fly-Out Fishing Trips

The thirteen (13) Lakes of KaBeeLo Lodge

Below you will find information on the 13 lakes that are available for a “fly-out” fishing trip. The experienced angler and novice fisherman alike will both enjoy fishing our Canadian Shield Lakes. Our various lakes feature Walleye, Northern Pike, White Fish, Perch, and Lake Trout.

Over the past several seasons the outpost cabin on the thirteen (13) lakes has been completely re-built or renovated. Specifically, six cabins have been re- built from the ground up (Bear Paw, Betty, Brokenmouth, Dead Dog, Okanse, Wavell), three have had major renovations (Bertha, Jeanette, Seagraves), three have had minor renovations (Perrigo, Ruddy, Wakeman) and one (Carillion) has been scheduled for rebuilding. In addition to re-building and remodeling, all the outpost cabins have been equipped with hot/cold running water, shower, solar
or propane lights, construction site "port-a-johns", BBQ, fish cooker, and a host of other amenities. It has been our intention, and continues to be our intention, to ensure our guests receive and enjoy the very best during their fly-out fishing adventure.

Other characteristics common to all of the lakes are as follows:

• Sufficient boats so that you can fish 2 people per boat
• Sufficient motors for each boat plus spares
• Generous supplies of mixed gas
• Paddles, nets, cushions, boat seats with back
• Cut firewood / lake water (for drinking, dishes & bathing)
• Food sources for fish include minnows, leeches, crawfish, mayflies and ciscoes
• Emergency “E” for use in distress situations
