Located 36 mile NW of KaBeeLo main base. Wavell is approximately 3 miles X 3 miles and "round". Only cabin on the lake and is new for the 2007 season and can accommodate 5 persons very comfortably. Cabin is complete with 2 separate bedrooms, in door shower with hot/cold running water, knotty pine tongue and groove walls, vinyl flooring, screened-in porch, large cooking/food preparation area, refrigerator, propane cooking stove, wood burring stove, and large deck overlooking the lake. The walkway extends from the cabin right to the dock. This is a beauty! Average depth is 14-20' with the deepest spot being 60+ feet. There are two rivers flowing into Wavell Lake and one flowing out on the north end of the lake. There are lots of sunken reefs and moderate numbers of coves, islands, bays and inlets. Species - walleye and northern pike.
